Baseband Converter (BBC)

BBC, Base-band Converter, B-Band Converter, are all valid names for these little boxes. HD receivers not connected to a SWiM setup and that do not have wide-band tuners require a BBC on each satellite input to upconvert the lower frequency HD signals to the bands that the receivers can use.
