15+ channels in addition to all the Choice Xtra channels. Includes locals.

Includes everything in Choice Ultimate plus all the premium movie channels (HOB, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax).
Also includes extra sports networks and 85+ HD Channels w/HD Access.

HD Extra Pack - $4.99/mo

6 Additional HD Only channels including HD Net Movies, MGMHD, Universal HD, Palladia HD, Smithsonian HD, and Crime & Investigation HD.

HBO - $14.99/mo

7 channels, 2 in HD.

Starz Super Pack - $12.99/mo

14 channels, 5 in HD.

Showtime Unlimited - $12.99/mo

9 channels, 6 in HD.

Cinemax - $12.99/mo

3 channels, 2 in HD.

Receiver Mirror or Lease Fee - $5.00/mo

Required for each additional receiver on an account (primary receiver's fee is waived).

DVR Service - $7.00/mo

Required once per account for any account that has DVR enabled receivers.

HD Access - $10.00/mo

Required once per account to activate HD channels on HD receivers.

Whole Home DVR Service (Multi-Room Viewing (MRV)) - $3.00/mo

Required once per account to activate Whole Home DVR service which allows watching content from HD-DVRs on other receivers in the house.

Protection Plan - $5.99/mo

Provides free coverage for repairs, in-home service calls, dish realignments, and defective equipment replacement.
